  1. Start by Logging into Your Shopify Admin Panel

    • Log into your Shopify admin panel and navigate to the AI Popup Upsell by Aimbrill dashboard.

  2. Go to Templates

    • Once you’re in the dashboard, find and click on the Templates section.

  3. Click on the "WhatsApp Chat Widget"

    • In the Templates section, locate the "WhatsApp Chat" Click on it to open the editor.

  4. Customize the WhatsApp Chat Widget

    • Click on the widget settings to configure your WhatsApp number and message templates.

    • Adjust the placement and design of the widget to match your store’s theme.

    • Note: A WhatsApp chat widget allows customers to easily connect with your support team, enhancing customer service and engagement.

  5. Save and Publish the Template

    • Click on Save and Publish to make the WhatsApp chat widget live.

Enabling the WhatsApp Chat Widget

To ensure the widget appears on your site, follow these steps:

  • Go to Online Store Settings in Shopify Dashboard

    • Navigate to your Shopify admin and access Online Store Settings.

  • Click on Theme Settings

    • In Theme Settings, click on Customize to modify your theme.

  • Go to App Embeds

    • Navigate to the Apps section where you will find AI Popup Upsell - Aimbrill.

  • Click on Save

    • Save your changes to ensure the WhatsApp chat widget is active.

Final Look:

Once you complete these steps, the WhatsApp Chat Widget will be live and visible to customers, allowing them to reach out to your business seamlessly via WhatsApp, improving customer support and boosting sales.
