  1. Open Customize Widget: Navigate to the Display Settings section in your Customize Widget.

  2. Navigate to "Pages": Under Display Settings, locate the Pages section where you can configure popup display frequency.

  3. Targeting Types: Simple vs Flexible:

    1. Simple Targeting: Use this when you want a single, straightforward rule to determine widget visibility.

    2. Flexible Targeting: Use this option when you need more control and want to apply multiple rules. You can define different combinations of "Show", "Hide", and "All Pages" to create a refined targeting strategy.

      • Multiple rules can be created under Flexible Targeting.

      • The rule follows this hierarchy:

        • Hide > Show > All Pages

  4. Select Frequency as Required: Choose from the following options based on your requirements:

    • All Pages: The widget will be shown on every page of your website.

    • Show/Hide on Specific Pages: The widget will be displayed only on Home Page/Specific pages based on the conditions.

      • Matches: This option checks if the URL exactly matches a given value. For example, if you add "cart" or "collections/all" as rules, the popup will only appear on these exact pages.

      • Contains: This option checks if the URL contains a specific keyword. Wherever the keyword appears in the URL, the widget will be displayed.

    1. Example: You want the upsell widget to appear on every page except the Home Page. Select the "Hide" option and choose the "Home Page".

Final Look: Widget visible on collections page, product pages, etc. but widget will not be visible on Home Page.

    1. Example: You want to Unlock Your Discount to:

      • Hide the widget on the Home Page:
        Hide > Home Page

      • Show it on Product Pages:
Select Flexible Targeting and set up both rules. The widget will now not appear on the Home Page and will only show on pages that contain "products" in the URL.

      Final Look:

Not visible on the Home Page:

      Visible on Product Page:

  5. Save the Changes

    • Click the X button to close the settings panel.

    • Click Save and Publish to apply the changes to your website.
