Open Customize Widget: Navigate to the Display Settings section in your Customize Widget.
Access Triggers: In the Display Settings, go to the Triggers section.
Select Inactivity Settings: Click on "Inactivity Settings" to define how long after a user becomes inactive the pop-up should appear.
You can set the value in seconds. The widget will appear on the screen after the specified seconds.
Save and Publish
Click the "X" button to close the selection menu.
Press "Save and Publish" to apply the changes and make them live on your website.
